Contract Duration: 24 Training Sessions (Through March)
Session Start Time: 3:00 PM onwards Session Duration: 3 hours per session
🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Robotics Coach / STEM Instructor to lead, train, and mentor an elite student team for an upcoming major robotics championship utilizing the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Coach a competitive student team across 24 intensive sessions (1–2 sessions/week, 3 hours/session).
Teach mechanical design principles, gearing systems, and sensor integration using SPIKE Prime.
Guide students in algorithmic thinking and block-based / Python mission programming.
Strategize mission runs, engineering notebooks, and presentation defense for the competition.
Foster teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership among students.
🔹 Requirements
Background in Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Proven hands-on experience with LEGO SPIKE Prime hardware and software.
Prior experience coaching or participating in robotics tournaments is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students aged 9–16.
Full commitment to the 24-session on-site schedule in Maadi.
